I understand FabiRide does not ride the bike for me. I ride at my own risk on every bike, and a limiter, traction control or any other feature can fail. I will follow the instructions, and using FabiRide against them is at my own risk. Restricting speed and power does not by itself make a bike road-legal, the limiter does not brake, and riding unrestricted is my decision and my responsibility. FabiRide is not responsible for crashes, injury, damage or fines it did not cause (Terms §5a, §9, §11 and §17 set out exactly what it is and isn't liable for). Checking that my bike and controller are supported, and that fitting FabiRide won't void my bike's warranty or insurance, is my own responsibility.
