# Open-source & third-party software

FabiRide firmware, apps and cloud include third-party and open-source components. Each is governed by its own licence, which prevails over our Terms for that component. They are provided **"as is", without warranty of any kind**, and we are not liable for damages arising from them — see §14 of the [Terms & conditions](https://my.fabiride.com/legal/terms).

This page lists the principal components. It is not exhaustive and is updated as components are added or removed.

**Requesting source.** Where a licence obliges us to make source available, email `info@fabiride.com`. We will provide it within a reasonable period, subject to any charge that licence permits for the cost of supplying it. Full licence texts are available on request.
